The Uma Maxi Dress is a classic piece slowly and ethically handcrafted from 100% cotton with soft textured stripe detailing. This self-adjustable wrap design provides the perfect balance between a casual and styled look with the special addition of pockets and cute ruffle sleeves for an elegant finish.

Material ~ 100% Cotton. Depending on each individual, some find the material sheer. A slip may be worn underneath if desired.

Care ~ We recommend a gentle, cold water hand wash using natural detergents, and hang drying in the shade. Handcrafted garments are delicate, however, designed to last when treated mindfully with love and care.

The fabric is comfortable and the sleeve design is cute. I'm 148cm tall and the length of the XS was just right. You'll need to wear something underneath. Love it♡

The most beautiful white dress

As with all Daughters of India dresses this dress is perfection! It is such. Flattering cut and the sleeve is divine! The style is perfect for pregnancy, breastfeeding and beyond. The dress is great for casual with a pair of flats but also looks beautiful with heels for a more dressy occasion

This dress now comes in 3 colours but I’d originally bought the white one. Material is soft & amazing, feels very glamorous to wear. Love the wrap around style, and can be warm by many women, from petite to curvaceous or even pregnant. Very generous in sizing and comfortable. Add some bright accessories to take it from day to night and some healed sandals. Great company knowing it’s supporting women in India
